Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery
The purpose of Oakwood Church's Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through 8 Bible-based recovery principles. As we share our experiences, strengths and hopes with one another and become willing to accept God's love and grace in solving our problems, we allow ourselves to be changed. By applying these Christian-based principles to our struggles and working through specific steps, we experience God's power, grow spiritually and become free from dysfunctional, compulsive, addictive or other chronic unwanted behaviors. The result of this freedom is peace, joy, serenity and a stronger personal relationship with God and with others.
Celebrate Recovery is an adult ministry for those 18 and older. It is a confidential, safe place to be the real you.
