Debby Rowe currently serves with EFCA RESOUND Women’s Ministries as the Forest Lakes District Mobilizer. Her role is to support the denominational churches in our district, Wisconsin and upper Michigan, with their women’s ministries’ programs.

It is exciting to join RESOUND and hold out our vision to glorify God by multiplying healthy churches (women in ministry) among all people. I was privileged to work on the district board years ago and thoroughly enjoyed my role in networking and training. As I move into this new era, I am thrilled and humbled to have this opportunity to communicate the balance we need as women, in life and in ministry. Specifically, a balance that includes all aspects of the Great Commission --- win, build and equip for multiplication. Too often we get so caught up in the building stage, we neglect the other equally important aspects. I have been personally convicted of this, and I pray that we are Spirit-inspired to boldly step out and glorify God with a more balanced disciple-making approach.

I look forward to networking and partnering with other women to provide training and resources in the Forest Lakes District as we encourage and equip all women to intentionally live the vision.
